Out of a passion for the urban lifestyle and charm of the East End of Pittsburgh, the founders of Forbes Management started buying and renovating properties. It all started with small single-family homes and has gradually grown to include larger multi-family projects. Forbes Management began acquiring property in 1994 in Shadyside and soon expanded to the surrounding neighborhoods of Oakland, Friendship, Point Breeze, Highland Park, and Morningside. Along the way, we have built a staff of individuals who take as much pride in the maintenance of the buildings as we do in the renovations themselves. Today Forbes Management owns and manages over 500 apartments in Shadyside and its surrounding neighborhoods.
